Cloud Egg Bagel Sandwiches
Bagel sandwiches - a light and filling meal Customize to your liking. The main component of this one was the cloud egg white (baked whipped egg whites). I think bagel sandwiches in general should have: a spread (some fat), greens, some kind of moisture so it’s not a dry sandwich, and some protein to fill you up! Ingredients I used: 4 bagels, toasted 3 egg whites, leftover from my banana custard pudding video Salt (and pepper, if that’s your jam) Spinach Tartar sauce (which I feel like is just seasoned mayo?); opt for cream cheese or mayo as a sub or whatever floats your boat 2 avocados Directions: Whip egg whites to soft peaks and bake for 8-10 minutes at 375 deg F Assemble bagel sandwich with toppings of choice Variations: Infinite possibilities!
